Most ISP billing tools sold into East Africa are either generic global platforms with no concept of Tanzanian mobile money, or a patchwork of spreadsheets, MikroTik User Manager, and manual SMS reminders held together by whoever on the team is most comfortable typing router commands. GG ISP Billing exists to close that gap: one platform that understands MikroTik hotspot and PPPoE workflows natively, and settles revenue the way Tanzanian subscribers actually pay — M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and Halopesa, through ZenoPay, ClickPesa, AzamPesa, and RaPesa.

Our Mission

We build the operational backbone that lets a hotspot entrepreneur or a regional fiber operator spend their time growing the network instead of reconciling mobile money transactions by hand. Every feature we ship is judged against one question: does this remove a manual step an operator is currently doing themselves at 11pm because a customer's connection dropped after payment?

Why Tanzania, Why Now

Tanzania's ISP market is dominated by small and mid-sized operators running MikroTik RouterOS — hotspot vouchers in trading centers, PPPoE fiber in residential estates, sometimes both from the same router. These operators are underserved by billing software built for markets where Visa and Stripe are the default. We built GG ISP Billing around the payment rails that are actually used here, with mobile-money webhook reconciliation, USSD push billing, and voucher printing as first-class features rather than afterthoughts.

What We Built

GG ISP Billing is a multi-tenant platform: every ISP that signs up gets its own isolated subdomain, its own database-level tenant boundary, and its own branding on customer-facing captive portals and payment pages. Underneath that, the platform automates the full subscriber lifecycle — hotspot voucher generation, PPPoE application-to-installation pipelines, automatic mobile money payment verification, wallet top-ups, suspension and reactivation, and SMS/WhatsApp notifications — so an operator's team manages exceptions, not every single transaction.

Built on Trust & Security

Billing software handles customer money and personal data, so tenant isolation and role-based access control aren't optional extras — they're the foundation the rest of the platform is built on. Every tenant's data, integration credentials, and customer records are scoped and protected independently, with full audit logging across the system.
