How does the Operator Pro revenue share work?
Operator Pro charges 3% of the revenue your tenant processes through the platform each billing cycle, with a 12,000 TZS minimum base fee applied if 3% falls below that floor. There are no separate per-router or per-subscriber add-on fees on this plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move from Starter to Operator Pro (or request an Enterprise quote) at any time as your subscriber base or router count grows — no migration downtime or data loss.
What payment methods do you accept for our own subscription?
Tenant subscription billing is settled the same way your customers pay you — via Tanzanian mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa) and supported local payment aggregators.
